PCOS
Hi all,
I am kinda new here and I saw this board. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and I have been hearing that it would be difficult for me to conceive children.
Anyways, I have been on metformin and now I am regular. But now my endocrinlogist wants to put me on Byetta which is an injection.
I guess I am just saying hi. If anyone else has PCOS, I would love to hear if you have kids... was it hard? Did you have to do anything special?

Re: PCOS
Another PCOS girl here. Metformin didn't work for me but going to Clomid now. Have read that women with PCOS and Clomid have a 65% chance of conceiving on their own (barring no other IF issues). There is hope! Just do a lot of reading. Diet has a LOT to do with PCOS so be sure to get a book or two on the diet changes.
There is hope!
