I joined in the beginning and attended meetings and weigh ins. Now I just follow the plan.

I was never able to do WW on my own. Once I became lifetime and stopped going to meetings, I put on more weight than I care to mention.
I am back going to meetings as a lifetime member and am doing well . . .

I go to a meeting every Saturday. I tried on my own since DD was born and it go me nothing except more weight because I just didn't stick with it. I am doing so much better going to the meetings.

I had the same problem and just started back today. Hopefully this time around is as successful for me as the first time was.
