We have a cool mist to use. We'll have to use it all the time because its so dry here in Colorado.

We have a cool mist humidifier. We used it every night during the winter when Claire was a newborn, she had some 'newborn congestion' and this helped alot. We haven't been using it during the summer at all.

We have a cool mist one that we used during the winter also. But my filter got totally MOLDY! Apparently, I didn't empty it completely and there was a little bit of water that turned the filter into a disgusting mold fest. But that's just me not being careful with the maintenance -- otherwise it was fine and I think helpful to Andrew...
