HI!! 
I am currently a 5th and 6th grade teacher in a private school in Nassau County! =) This is my first year at this school....prior to this, I was bounced around for 4 years in public schools. I love my students, although I am looking to getting back into a public school for September. Looking foward to chatting with all of you!

I teach First Grade in Nassau..YES! I love my job too. I am finishing my Master's in TESOL (Teacher of English as a Second Language to Other Learners) in a few short months
I am so happy there is a board for us!

I'm a school speech-language pathologist k-5 in Nassau but I have worked with all ages/grades: early intervention/pre-k, middle school, high school and in a special education school for physically/multiply handicapped students K-21 years old.

I teach ESL in Sydney, Australia to university age students studying abroad. My classes include students from: Japan, Brazil, Korea, Switzerland, Italy, New Caledonia, France and Columbia. The classes are intensive English classes at a private English school, that happens to be a Japanese company with schools all over the world.
I have a BA in German Lit and Language and an MA in TESOL/Applied Linguistics.
Any other ESL teachers out there?

High School teacher, Nassau county for 13 years.
I teach 10th grade Global, 10th grade World History AP, Economics and the Syracuse University College Economics program.
I always have three preps, every year
Unfortunately, no contract this year and we are the lowest paid district across the board on LI.
14 more school days until I start maternity leave and trust me, with "no contract" right now and all of the years I've put in, I am so looking forward to an extended break. I've earned it. Although, I will be running after TWO babies

I teach kindergarten in Nassau. Although it can be exhausting, I love it. This is my tenure year  and I'm hoping that I can switch to second grade next year.
