I am so very sorry for your loss. The same think happend to me with my first preganany at 8 wks. 2 days and I know exactly what your going through.
I was given the option of the D&C vs. waiting for the miscarriage...... they advised that even with a natural miscarriage they may still have to go in after the fact and do a D&C.... so we opted not to do the waiting.... and I went in for the D&C two days later.
