I have never been there, but Singleton's is on Hempstead Turnpike and Stewart Ave. Maybe they have a party room?

Dominco's in Levittown. The Ground Round also has a decent party room and the food is good.
If you want to go a little further into Wantagh, the Wantagh Inn is very good and reasonable (we had our RD there.)
We also went to a christening yesterday at the American Legion in Wantagh. I don't know about prices but places like that are usually reasonable. They had the food brought in, not sure from where but it was excellent. There are lots of places like that in the Levittown/Wantagh area and probably EM too.
