They are like a Cheerio but they disolve when they get in the babies mouth. It's a cool treat and gets them used to different tastes. Best of all they disolve so you don't have to worry about choking.

I started dd at 6 months with puffs and 6 1/2 months with cheerios...she loves them both
I just began to give her Biter Biscuits too and those she LOVES but what a mess they make

I think this will be a great food to give DS to "entertain" him while we eat dinner. We sit him with us in his chair and his mouth tends to water when he sees us eat, so we have to stop and feed him a bottle.

Is DS on cereal yet? I didn't introduce puffs until after DD was on some solids.
