that really stinks! and IMO, day care should not be open that late on Christmas Eve anyway

ITA! That is crazy! The day care I used to work for is usually closed all next week (Until Jan2nd)..I think they are open until 12 on Mon., but, not sure.
I would definitley ask to switch. Why didn't she just write down you needed the AM shift when you told her the day before?

I would send the director an anonymous e=mail (from a new address) showing the link to the myspace page.
If their stupid enough to do this stuff, take pictures and post it on my space, they deserve to be exposed for it.
