Re: Failure
Here are some I hope you get some tonite I know how hard it is to try to follow what doctors tell you but you know your child betterthen they do. I don't know if you feel comfy doing this but what about maybe putting some cereal in her last bottle before bedtime that may help her sleep through out the nite. I don 't know if you feel its too early to give it toyour daughter or if the doctor will tell you not to do it. ITs jsut something that I did.

Re: Failure
We weaned the nighttime bottle by lessening the formula every 2 nights. There was no way I was going cold turkey. Every 2 days we dropped a 1/2 oz or so till it was gone.

Re: Failure
well what I did was I put 1 table spoon of cereal in a bowl and made is very liquidy with her formula and gave it to her on a spoon some of my friends put a table spoon in thier childrens bottles and it did help them sleep better.
I know what you mean about this one tells you this the doctor tells you that butthat one tells you to try this you never know what to do. It does get confusing. Jsut g o with your gut no one knows your child better then yourself

Re: Failure
You're doing great! From the sound of it, she may have still been cranky for a few nights after her shots. I know that Christopher usually is.

what kind of cereal should I use...
I would definitely try it in a bowl with a spoon instead of putting it in a bottle. I've heard a lot of negative things about putting it in the bottle. As for what kind. The best kind to start out with is rice cereal. Brand doesn't matter all that much, but I love Gerber. The best way to start is 1 Tbsp of cereal with 4-5 Tbsps of formula (I personally started out with 5 and once he got the hang out it, reduced it to 4, then 3, etc.)

Re: Failure
You poor thing you prob spend more time letting her cio rather than feeding her. I tried the cio it was def easier to feed him. Crazy as it sounds he eats the most while he is sleeping. I call it the midnight buffet.
