I've never gotten an HPT that didn't work but have had an OPK that deidn't work. That stinks!

When I was testing with Cailen I had one or 2 that didn't work - I was so shocked with the BFP with the one that worked I didn't care!!!

There should be a # of them.
I would call the number.
If there is no number, I would call the store and speak to the manager and see what they will do for you
