Typically, we stay home and watch Battlestar Galactica and the Thursday shows we have on the DVR.
If we're feeling particularly flush, we might go out to a diner first.

sometimes we catch up on DVR shows -- have some dinner at home--maybe netflix.
if not -- we try and go out and do something whether its drinks with friends or dinner or something; or head to a friends house to hang out.

DH goes out EVERY Friday night with his friend that he works with. They usually are out late. I'm usually bumming around here, or at one of my brothers. Tonight his friend had a date so I'm trying to get him to go to the bar with me and see a friends band play.

We usually do take out, then watch a movie unless we are hanging out with friends and family.
I like being a bum on Friday night and not doing anything, especially after a long work week.

sometimes we will go out on a low key night with friends... but usually we stay in b/c we are both tired from the week... its more likely that we will go out on saturday night then friday

We are both usually wiped out by the time friday night rolls around.....so we like to stay in and catch up on shows we dvr'ed during the week. I am so lame that I actually look forward to this all week.
On fridays we like to get into bed a little earlier than we usually do during the week and snuggle  .

its just like any other night for us. i usually try not to cook on fridays so we'll get takeout but thats about it. we stay in and watch tv and cuddle on the couch. we're homebodies though.

dh runs volleyball on friday night so i have it all to myself...
when he use to be home we would go out to dinner sometimes since I figured enjoy it now before the kids come.. but then it got expensive so we stopped and will watch movies, play board games

I am worthless on Friday nights....we reserve any special outings for Saturdays. I'm toooo damn tired, ready for bed at 9:30 most Fridays!
It's either age or working with kids all week!

usually, we just come home and watch tv. If we have no food in the house, we'll go out to dinner. we're pretty boring.

Last night we went out to dinner with another couple. Other nights we usually use Friday to reconnect after the long week whether it's dinner out or something easy in. We also do go out if there is a bday thing or a group of our friends are going out.
With that all said, I wake up at 6:30 on Saturdays for my long runs so no matter what we do, i am sleeping by 11pm!!

Last night we went to my ILs (who weren't there...they hibernate to their FL home in the winter) and my SIL and her boyfriend cooked for DH and I and another couple. We had a babysitter come and watch DD.
