no way, I would not even feel bad about telling DH never to mention that to me again !!! my boys would not survive w/ out DH for 6 months, neither could I!!
I would be working FT if DH even considered doing something like this
Me working has nothing to do with it though...I will be a SAHM no matter what so thats not an option.
It's not so much for the money, its for his career. That is where i'm having trouble. If it were just for some extra money i'd say no. It's to get into areas of the agency he couldn't get into without this field experience....
And although the idea of not seeing him for 6 months makes me feel upset, i know we'd survive. It would not be an ideal circumstance but we'd certainly survive...i would have to skype every day and take a lot of back and forth trips to NY to keep my sanity i think..
The one thing that helps is that my brother is being placed near me in MD for his secret service job...that would be a HUGE bonus. Having him here...
Sigh..we'll see.

Forgot to add..
He gets one month off when he returns. Which he'll prob need after working 7 days/week 12 hours/day!!! (and which i will need as well!!)lol
