Your social security number is definitely enough to allow someone to steal your identity (it happened to me). I would report this right away. Good luck

SSN is enough to steal your identity - call each of the credit agencies and put them on alert of identity fraud, that way they will notify you of any attempts to open an account under your SSN.

SS# is all they need. It hapened to my dad. I would notify SS office. also equifax.

Call the three credit agency's now and let them know. They can put a flag on your account and not allow any new accounts to be opened in your name.

Experian said I could unblock that at any time...
Well, I'm glad you didn't wait ti act on this. My dad's card was charged with $19,200 w/ a Credit Crad check. It was a BIG mess.
