Very pretty. Although I think it's priced a bit too much on the high end. I just ran a search and there is a 2 bedroom near that street which sold for $350K just this past April (new construction, built in 2010).

Our's comes w/ parking which was an additional $30k when we purchased it and for the newer buildings in the area they are now charging an additional $50k for parking.

Do you mind sharing what apt you saw that sold for $350. This was a 2 bedroom that just sold in the same building for $530K Click Here

Sure, I ran a search on MLSLI.com under "Sold Homes". It came up as MLS number 2450440.

The ones that sold for over $350K as 1 bedroom condos tend to be in Astoria, Forest Hills, and Long Island City.

Here is a link to the 2 bedroom Woodside condo that sold for $350K (hopefully link works:

Great thanks for sharing that site.

But I think there is more that you have to factor in- the parking, fitness center, party room, storage unit, overall apperance of building & also the exact location of the building, may be the same neighborhood but crossing an Avenue can mean alot.
