1 hour gtt - ? about the results
Does anyone know what the normal range is for the 1 hour?
I just got my results back & I have to go for the 3 hour because I was"slightly elevated" at 164

I think it depends on your OB. Some cut off at 130 others at 140 for normal range.

Im not sure i wouldnt worry i know alot of people who failed the one hour but passed the 3 hour

I have to go for the 3 hour too 
I got a 145 and passing was 130something.

My OB's cut off was 129. I had to take the 3 hour because I came back at 142. I passed the 3 hour with flying colors.

passing at my OB is 129... i know many people that had issues with the 1hr and passed the 3.  Good Luck!

I looked at my lab report and I think normal is 90 to 140.
FYI- I had to do my glucose test at my hospital. I wanted to visit the maternity ward while I waited the hour and they would not let me leave the waiting room because if you are too active in that hour you could elevate your sugars and hence fail the test.

If I remember correctly I failed with a 152 and my doctor wanted it under 140. Try not to worry too much about it though, I passed the three hour with "perfect numbers" according to the nurse! Good Luck!

Thanks so much ladies! If <140 is usually passing, it sounds like I was more than "slightly elevated!" We shall see though...
