10 week body sculpting-
The girls from work are bugging me to join with them, but I dont want to spend the money if it isnt gonna work...
What are your thoughts?
Its M-f for 45 min. for 10 weeks

If you commit to going to the class for 5-6 days a week for 10 weeks and eating a lower calorie diet it will definitely work. Take it! Good luck!
