16 and Pregnant and Dr. Drew
My sis and I were watching the 16 and Pregnant reunion show. I was complaining about how HORRIBLE Dr. Drew is. All he does is make the girls cry and guilt them into staying with their baby's fathers. My sister said, "Well, who should be the host, then?"
I now pose this question to you... who should be the host of this trainwreck? Here are my top 3 choices:
-Oprah
- Dr. Robin Zasio (the blonde therapist from Hoarders)
- Sandra Rinamato (the host of Property Virgins on HGTV  )
Of course, any good licensed therapist would probably be better than horrible Dr. Drew

I love him too, but HATE how he is on these reunion shows! IT that he does not give enough grief to the deadbeat dads or moms that deserve it! I hate Dr. Phil, but I do think he'd do a better job of that.

True. But Dr. Drew just rubs me the wrong way. He rides on the coattails of celebrities acting like he's trying to help them when really he's just exploiting them and their problems so he can be on tv. I guess I just really hate Celebrity Rehab. If he was sincere about trying to help those people, he wouldn't have cameras there. And as an "addiction specialist", what the heck is he doing on 16 and Pregnant anyway?? JMO.

Oooh, good suggestion about Dr Robin Zasio, but I prefer the other therapist, Dorothy Breininger. She inspires me, and she handles really difficult people amazingly well.

Me too! I think he's great and I watch him on HLN everynight. He's so right on with the Casey Anthony trial.

He is a real doctor with a phd but he should not be using the title psychologist as it is protected and can only be used by those who are licensed. His license was actually revoked because of an ethics issue. He spins it that he gave it up but he did so by not complying with the state's requirement to undergo additional supervision to regain his license.
