$16 manicure + panicure
I've never gone for a pedicure before (gasp) and am going this week so I'm ready for Cancun.... I was just driving on Jericho Tpk and saw two places... one was $19.99 and the other was $15.99 for a mani and pedi Mon-Thursday.... seems too good to be true --- is that a legit deal or does that usually mean that the place is skeevy? TIA! :)

i've gotten a $14.99 mani/pedi in Smithtown - IMO, it didn't compare to the $25 i got in commack (in commack corners shopping ctr on jericho)

I went to a place in Miller Place that charged 15 for mani/pedi. I thought it was well worth it.
The place was clean and the girl did a great job.

I used to pay that for a mani/pedi on Mon-Thurs. They did a great job. Now it's one price no matter when you go!

I pay $13.99 for mine mon- wednesday
it's just as good as any $$$ one I get or better
3 weeks later- my toes are still going strong
and the best part is- it's my same girl from a place I went to years ago that charged way more!

i usually pounce on those mon-wed deals. its the same mani-pedi as any other day - they are just trying to drum up business.

The place I go is great and it's $18 for a mani/pedi Mon-Thurs (I think).

All over in Bklyn & Queens I've seen the combo for $13-$15 Monday - Thursday.
Otherwise, I pay $7 for a mani, and $12 for a pedi.

flip flops are all you need. if you have a quick dry top coat, bring it with you. that's what I do.
expect to be there no less than 1 hour

Update -- just returned from my FIRST ever pedicure (and manicure) at Jane's in Mineola.... it was great... and for $15, who could beat it? She said the special is $16 any day for mani and pedi combo now.... just spreading the word...
