18.5 weeks and at times i don't even feel pregnant....

sometimes this makes me happy... and other times it really freaks me out.

I know they say you are more yourself in the 2nd trimester. But i really don't feel pregnant a lof of the time.

also, i seem to have a much calmer baby. i might have felt the baby once last week... but i'm not 100% positive. other than that, i don't feel anything. that also scares me. during all my sono's the baby is very calm... baby does move but nothing wild or crazy like, no flips. i'm hoping that's why i don't feel much movement.

anyone else like this???

my level 2 is exactly a week from today... and at first i was sooo excited to find out if we are having a girl or a boy.... but now I just want to make sure all is OK... i get nervous between appts. we had a sono at 16 weeks and everything was perfect then.

ahh i hope this week flies by!!!!!

I'm 17.5 and feel the same exact way. I don't look pregnant yet. I feel great and I don't think I've felt the baby move yet. My last appt was 3 weeks ago at 14.5 weeks and we heard the heartbeat. We go next week for our regular appt and then another week later we have our Level II. I feel the same exact way - I just want to know that everything is fine. I hate the time in between appt's b/c I get myself nervous!!! I'm glad to hear you are feeling the same way though!!!

aww kerri i swear by next week you will feel it a lot more, i still dont feel the baby all the time, but i know now when i do feel it, its def the baby!!! before it totally could have been just gas lol

drink some oj, or apple juice and im sure you baby will be moving around for the sono!!

i'm 19 weeks tomorrow and i havent felt the baby yet. my baby is also pretty calm at sonos. once in a while when teh tech pushes on my belly it will jiggle a little but other than that, pretty stationary. ive been patiently waiting to feel some movement but nada yet
i have the heart monitor so if i get nervous i use that to hear the hb and feel better.
my level 2 is feb 15, hopefully the baby is more active then

I'm the exact same way! I don't ever feel pregnant, and it bugs me the frig out. Every dr's appointment has always gone well, and the baby always seems healthy and active in the sonos, but I don't feel much flutters yet, and just generally don't feel like anything is going on, except my tummy has gotten bigger, so I'm assuming that's because the baby is growing and not all the carbs I've been downing.

But, if it's any consolation, and what I'm trying to convince myself, my old doctor told me that I basically have the "perfect" body for pregnancy, because I am so tall, etc. You're just as tall as I am...so it would appear that maybe there's some truth in this, and that we're just a little better equipped to handle the symptoms of pregnancy. My boss is pregnant too, and she's also very tall, and she has had very little symptoms with both her pregnancies as well...so maybe we're just lucky

this is exactly me. i forget im pregnant all the time. and my level 2 is also a week from today. what time is yours? maybe we'll run into each other??

ahhh you guys are making me feel sooo much better!!!!

I thought I was the only one like this!!

My little cousin is also going through a mc right now... and she is texting and contacting me multiple times a day with questions, loads of questions. So I have that on my mind and it was starting to scare me a bit. But at the same time, I can't just not answer these questions for her... I feel like i need to be there for her. I just wish it didn't freak me out so much or put it on my mind. kwim?

oh and to answer your other question...i dontfeel pregnant either. no more food aversions, no nausea, no more dry heaving. once in a while i have sensitive nipples and thats it. although i have been very scatterbrained lately which i know is a symptom

Holy cow that is exactly how I feel. I am 18w 5 days as well and my level 2 is 2/9! LOL! I forget all the time that I am pg! Can't wait until next week to see the little munchkin. We are team green. Took us 8 years to get here so we want to end with a big surprise!

ETA: I just started feeling the baby a few days ago which is on the "late" side for a 2nd baby

At that point I was really just starting to feel move every so often. In the next few weeks you'll probably start feeling him/her a lot more and that will hopefully put your mind at ease. Or you could just have a very calm baby, sometimes they're not big movers and that's OK too. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong or something to be concerned about, but I understand that not having some reassurance makes you worry. Try to focus on the fact that everything was fine at your last appt, that's more telling then whether or not you're feeling movements.

I never saw DD move during ANY ultrasounds until our Level II and that's also when I started feeling her consistently, too.

Just started feeling baby move about a week or so ago...

We are and going for our level II Tuesday @ 9 am

i didnt feel pregnant when i was there and it was short lived lol
