1st bday gift?
i am crashing your board for help!!
i need to get 2 1st bday gifts....1 for a boy and 1 for a girl
so my question is, what was a great first bday (just bday) gift your child has received? throw any and all suggestions out to me....price doesn't really matter! TIA!!!

My son just had his 1st b-day party, and he got a cozy coupe ride toy and he LOVES it!! Great gift! if they don't already have one--lol

DD got a really pretty hand painted growth chart. It's one of my favorite gifts that she received.

DD just turned one and some of the best gifts I got were...
A gift card to take a gymboree class
a gift card for picture people
simple wooden puzzles
and the best gift...a jumbo box of 150 diapers and a huge box of wipes.
Also if you know the children has a 529 college savings account....i greatly appreciated my family members who contributed right to that.
Clothes are ok...but they grow out of them so quick and sizing if often a problem....I just had to return so many things that won't fit her.

thanks so much ladies for the very quick responses....i like your suggestions....i was thinking about the cozy coupe too and i love the gymboree class idea....the growth chart is unique!!! i feel so much better now b/c i was stressing over this for some reason! i will be getting more than one gift for each..so keep the suggestions coming!!!
