I've been doing this stuff for Rocco too... Does Rylan like a certain character or toy?
I would try and pick a theme and then go from there
The only thing he really likes is Moose A. Moose and Zee and they don't sell anything for them.

I had balloons too...4-5 on each table. I used a silver snowflake under the balloon weight (her party was last sat).
You can get one of those folding 1st Birthday Centerpieces @ party store, they are inexpensive (the ones you open and secure and they stand by themselves)
What party store did you use for the balloon centerpieces
I used the Paper Factory in Tanger Outlet in Riverhead.I bought X-mas snowflakes on clearance!

My BFF did the CUTEST thing. Each table had a square cube shaped vase with flowers and on each side of the cube was pictures of her daughter. Every table had a different vase and each vase showcased pics from one specific month in her life. TOO cute!!
