1st Day of AF Question
I have to call my RE on the first day of my AF with a full flow. I started spotting this morning and now I have a little more on the pad but even more when I wipe. Would you consider this Day 1? or should I call them tomorrow? I dont want to mess this up this is my first time making this kind of appt.

I would call them and explain what you wrote here. They can guide you about what day you should go in for testing.

CD1 is the first day of full flow red blood requiring a pad or tampon.
When you usually get your period, does it start off spotting and then get heavier throughout the day? Technically you can do the monitoring on CD2 or CD3 so don't stress.

Thank you!, yes usually its dark old blood then it gets more and more, by day 2 its a full blown flow. I will give them a call now.
