My son is 22 months and attended a nursery school program for two year olds. I was surprised how much older the othe kids in his class are. A lot of them are almost three.

He threw a tantrum walking into the room because I took him from playing outside. It lasted a couple of minutes but that'because I got him to play with toys in the room. The last 15 minutes he was yawning because he was really tired from a busy busy morning. I think overall he did pretty well.

I'm kind of happy that there are older kids. I think this will help my DS learn things quicker but at the same time I hope the teachers give him some extra patience because he is not as old as them and he can easily get fustrated because he can't communicate that well yet as far as speech goes.
