1st Lamaze class tonight...what should I expect?

I know to bring two pillows, a blanket, pen and notepad.

What will it be like? I doubt we'll be the only couple.

We did our class all in one day, but the first part of the class we discussed going into labor and the signs and when to call the hospital...stuff like that. We were in the class with about 10 other couples.

we just watched videos at the lamaze we took and did a little bit of breathing at the end in our seats, it so no worth the money for the three classes, but i did find the breastfeeding class which was free educational and the car seat safety check was a benefit.

ask the instructor if you have to bring pillows and a blanket/mat. we were NOT told by anyone to bring these things, but when we got there everyone had them but us! i had no idea how people knew...

oh, and wear gym type clothing. i wore a dress, i don't know what i was thinking...
