1st year dr visits
Hi Ladies,
I'm due in May of 2009. I'm trying to put together a budget for my FSA, so I need some help.
How many routine dr visits for the baby the first year?

Depends on your pediatrician really. My ped does 2 vaccines per visit in the first 7 months of life. Other peds do 4 vaccines per visit every other month.
Plus you don't know if/when your child gets sick if you will go to the ped.

For the first month my doc wanted to see DD every week as she wasn't gaining as much weight as they would've liked, but I didn't want to supplement with formula.
Then after that until 6 months it was every month and after that every 3 months.
