Should I buy another box in case I'm Oing late? Or should I just call the Dr and make an appointment.

I ran out, bought a new pack, got my  on my first stick of the new pack and my BFP 10 days later so my vote is for yes! But I'd wait (if you can) until you use the last 2 sticks.
