2 questions about this eyeshadow set
1. Is this the right color set for someone who is pale/pinkish skin tone with brown eyes and brown hair with lots of blond highlights?
2. Is it too shimmery? I like shimmer but don't want it to be too much.

I think it is for someone in their very early 20s with the coloring you described or to be used sparingly by someone a little older. It is a lot of shimmer for daytime use.
