2 under 2 moms - or BTDT moms - Your bedtime routine please...
I can't seem to get this part down. Can you please give me your routines... what you found to work and not work.

well Jiavana and Aiden are on different schedules right now but here is each:
Jiavana's 4 B's
Bath around 6:45
Bottle 7 ish
Book 7:15 ish
Bed 7:30 ish
Aiden is only a month so it's still eat, sleep, poop whenever right now.

Mine are on different schedules too.
DD #1 goes to bed at 7:30pm.
DD #2 usually goes to bed at 8:00pm...but I feel like she is starting to want to go to bed earlier, and I'm not sure what to do - Especially on the nights when it's just me.

My DH and I split up bedtime. He takes my 2 yr old downstairs and gets her to sleep then carries her upstairs to bed and I take my 7 mos old upstairs and give her a bottle and put her to sleep.

They have seperate rooms... The routine is the same for both - It just happens at different times.
This is a typical evening....
6:00pm - DD#1 dinner
6:30pm - DD# 2 bottle
7:00pm - DD #1 bath
7:30pm - DD #1 bed
8:00pm - DD #2 bath
8:30pm - DD #2 bottle and bed
Lately DD #2 wants to go to bed earlier - I'm just not sure how to switch up the routine - Especially when it's just me putting them to bed at night.

Our routine is ever evolving and I can't wait till they're old enough to bathe together instead of the staggered routine we've got going at the moment. However, a few suggestions:
Can you try feeding them dinner at the same time? Then you'd be able to move baths up by a 1/2hour and get DD2 to bed by 8pm.
Also, maybe you can bathe them one right after the other? Do the older one first while the younger one is inthe bouncy next to you? This always kept both my children entertained. Then I would let my older one watch a video while I bathed the baby.
Hopefully one of those suggestion would help.

DD is the only one with a set/almost by the clock routine. DS is BF on demand.
BUT.....
DS will BF anywhere between 4-5:30ish
DD gets dinner 5:30/6ish
If I have help...it's not an issue
DS finishes...goes to sleep or gets rocked by Grandma or goes inthe swing
DD plays a bit--wait for a stinky diaper--bath by Grandma or shower with me 6:30-7ish
Pj's-Good night show, books....playtime with me, Dadda, and/or Grandma, finishes milk from dinner, sometimes gets a snack (fruit or cheese)
bedtime is 9pm THE latest for her....
DS usually eats again somewhere in between there....BUT I always have a 2nd pair of hands to assist whether it be her bath, entertaining her, or giving him a bottle so I get a break or rocking/soothing him
