How's everyone doing? I have ONE sore breast - random pains in just the right boob today. But, when I was pg it was def. my nips that hurt - not the actual boob, so I'm not reading too much into it. 8DPO for me. My luteal phase has been particularly long the past few months, so I'm only half way through the wait.
10 dpo here. I'm extremely tired, weepy, and irritable today. Very PMS'y. I'm trying so hard to hold off testing. AF is due this Saturday.

11 DPO. Couldn't resist the urge to test this morning with a dollar tree test and FMU. BFN! I don't think this is my month. I have all the usual PMS symptoms, nothing out the ordinary at this point. AF is due Saturday and at this point I expect to see her.

10dpo. AF is due today (I had a short lp). I read that if you ovulate late af is late too. As of yesterday I too started feeling most of my usual pms symptoms. sore boobs, irritable, moody, and tired. I haven't had any cramps or nauseua (beleive it or not I feel sick to my stomach before and during af). I feel she is on the way in the next few days. :(

You are correct about when you O late, AF is late. The LP is a set time frame but the O date can change for various reasons.

AF started this afternoon. On to month number 4.
Sorry!!  for next month.
My temp spiked this a.m. but I can't say how accurate it is (I woke up 2 hrs before I usually do). I checked with FF and they said to use my first temp, which was 98.6. We'll see what tomorrow brings...

Also-I just want to make sure I am counting my lp correctly. Is it counted from the day you ovulate until when af starts?

LP is also known as the DPO or days past ovulation. It begins the day after ovulation and ends the day AF arrives. Sorry TBAF showed up.

Counselor74.... not too many tricks except that i really paid attention this month.... I've been charting for a while, so I finally had an IDEA when I would be ovulating. I also used OPKs this month - that was EXTREMELY helpful. We BD the first night I got the postivie on the OPK (and that was it) and looks like it worked! I made DH a romantic dinner that night - it turned out to be a great night  .... who knows, maybe that had something to do with it - lol.
Also, I think I had read on here that eating baby carrots and drinking pineapple juice can increase CM, so I tried that, too.
