2008 Honda Accord
Has anyone been given prices? Lease prices?
Does anyone own one and can tell me how it is?

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
Honda is a great car. My friends have an 07 accord , one is a 4 door the other is a 2 door. Nothing but great things to say about it.
The only thing you have to keep in mind when leasing is you are basically renting the car, its not your to keep unless you buy it out. (Which is more expensive) So what would you do when your lease is up? If you are the type of person who constantly wants to change cars, then leasing is for you.

That car is smokin - Im not sure if there are lease deals going on them yet though because the demand for that car is so high now.

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
We just got the 08 Accord a few weeks ago. Even though it was more expensive than the 07, we thought it was worth it because it looks a lot nicer.
I don't know anything about lease prices, though. Sorry.

do you know if you paid sticker price? it seems that until the buzz dies down there won't be any deals.

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
check with Huntington Honda - they have a centerfold ad in every Sunday Newsday.
I just happen to still have the issue so I looked it up.
it says $248 a month lease for an Accord LX-P with $0 down
$269 a month lease for an Accord EX (4 cyl) with $0 down

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
We bargained them down to the price of the lowest trim model. It wasn't much of a deal, like $2000 off. But better than nothin'!

cool, that's where my other car is from.
I have to add the nav and the 15K/year.
nardy Honda didn't budge at all.

where did you buy? I should have mentioned that I don't live in NY.
But the dealer encouraged us to bargain. Because we bought at the end of the month, he was "looking to close the books" (whatever that means) and wanted to get rid of a few models on the lot.

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
It's a hot car right now - when Hondas are hot, you'll be hard pressed to get them below sticker. (sorry!)
Good luck finding a deal, though. Hondas are great cars!

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
My good friend got one a few weeks ago and is just not happy with it. I'm not sure why. He keeps saying it's too small, smaller than what he is used to, he doesn't see what the big hype was. But this person would complain about anything... so I wouldn't put 100% stock in it. But I figured I would throw it out there...

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
this would be our 8th honda if we go with it. It's a lot bigger than previous hondas. Time of the month matters and so does the state you live in.
I'm not seeing a ton on the road yet. I don't know if I'm in love with it or not. Hard to tell.

Re: 2008 Honda Accord
yep, we like it very much. Very nice. The price was silly though. We haven't shopped it though. That's why a previous post of mine said that they car biz is so sleazy.
