I want to lose 45 lbs.

lose the pounds i put on from thanksgiving to christmas and lose another 5 - 10 pounds or more for my wedding in may.

I'm going to lose the 15 pounds I've gained since I bought my wedding dress last spring... my first fitting should be next month, and I don't think they'll be able to zip it up!

5 to 10- I refuse to weight myself so I am not sure -
and I really don't want to lift weights - I only want to run and do pilates
until my boot camp class in the late spring- I will do what ever she says
