21 day fix
I've been on the 21 day fix for a week now following the food part as perfect as possible and haven't missed a workout. I feel like I'm starving all the time. After dinner I'm starving. As soon as I wake up I'm hungry, I used to not get hungry until like 9am. Am I doing something wrong!!!?? I've been drinking water too, and will have a shakeolgy after my work out at night.

21 day fix
Can you move the Shakeology to earlier in the day? I found that worked best for me in the beginning - it helped me curb my hunger and gave me energy.

Re: 21 day fix
I can try that..although mentally I see it as a treat at night so I don't make some icecream lol. I hear all this talk about how much food you get and in like hungry all the time! I also wonder if this is enough food when your working out 7 days a week!

21 day fix
A couple of questions...
Which bracket are you in? Are you drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water every day? Are you eating every 2-3 hours?
Also, stick to the top half of the food lists for now. They are the things that will keep you the most full. I also suggest having your shake earlier in the day.
I usually have mine for breakfast and I feel like it keeps me full for most of the morning.
Do you have a coach? I'm a coach and have a few fun FB challenge groups going on that are great for support. I also have a ton of fix-friendly recipes in the groups. Send me a FM if interested

I was a little hungry in the beginning but, after following the plan for awhile (loosely) I feel that I haven't been as hungry.
I space out my proteins every couple of hours as well - like I have breakfast, for snack I will have a shake, then a late lunch and then dinner.

Re: 21 day fix
I was a little hungry the first few days, but I think it was psychological as well as getting used to eating differently. Can you share what you eat in a typical day?

Re: 21 day fix
I think it's def a little mental! It seems to be getting a little better , yesterday looked like this 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast Grapes for snack Turkey on one slice of Ezekiel bread for lunch Shakeolgy for afternoon snack (salted caramel) Dinner was grilled chicken with sliced tomato sprinkled with cheese Half of banana with natural pb for snack
I was not in the mood for veggies at all yesterday.
I think moving the shakeolgy def helped, I just need to get over my mental need to eat at night!

Re: 21 day fix
I followed all the rules but was starving with 21 day fix. I tracked my calories and found out that the cups weren't working for me. I was way too short on my calories for the day. I put in my 21 days but won't be doing that plan again. I found PIYO workouts and eating plan worked much better for me.

Where are your greens? It sounds like you are in the lowest bracket, so you get 3 greens. I would be adding veggies to lunch and dinner. What about your orange? You can eat some nuts with your grapes for protein. Are you using both your teaspoons also?
If I'm hungry I have more greens or even a leab red if im really hungry

Usually I eat all my greens yesterday I just couldn't eat another salad or vegetable. I usually use my orange on dressing. If I don't have cheese I will have hummus or avocado.

Besides not eating veggies, you're also not getting enough carbs. One slice of bread is 1 yellow container, but you should have 2 yellow containers.
I don't think 2 eggs are that filling for breakfast. I'd add something else in. I tend to have a protein shake with frozen berries as breakfast or greek yogurt with berries. For snacks, if you have fruit, try to combine it with protein to keep you full for longer. If I don't have it for breakfast, I'll have either greek yogurt with berries as a snack or cottage cheese and fruit. Veggies and hummus or celery and peanut butter are decent snacks too.
If you're having trouble losing weight, be careful with bananas or anything higher in sugar/carbs and change up where you have your carbs and fruit. Keep the yellow and purple containers before dinner. If you're still hungry after eating all of the containers, you can always have more veggies or even some more protein.
