23 weeks and lots of pressure?
This is my second baby and I feel like I'm going to give birth tomorrow. Sorry for the TMI but for the last 2 days, I've been walking around feeling like I have to poo, but a much stronger pressure feeling. Anybody else experience this?

I'm 37 weeks and have had insane amounts of pressure since about 32 weeks when she finally went head down. Its so bad now that it feels like she's going to fall out of me......if only it were that easy, right!

I am 23 weeks too and I was walking at work this am and I had the EXACT same thought. And then I thought "post about this when you get home and see if other people feel the same thing!"

I'm almost 22 weeks and I have the same thing. It comes and it goes but sometimes it's uncomfortable!

I started with pressure around 24 w and the docs told me it was normal. My baby was head down against my cervix at my 20w sono, so I have a feeling he/she stayed like that. Now at 38w, all I can say is ouch! I wince in pain when I have to roll over, or cross my legs.
