omg YES Its soo normal... especially since you are having twins. I remember around 20 weeks feeling a lot more pressure!

Thats when mine started to get bad too....hang in there, it just gets worse. Some days are ok...Most days I can barely walk, I feel like they are gonna fall out and the pain and the pressure is insane.
Your more then half way there
