24 Hour urine question-for those who did it

Did you Refrigerate it?

I had no idea you were even suppossed to, tell DS's speech therapist told me ( had already gone half the day)...

Now I go and read the thing and It says on the label" if possible refrigerate"...So I did and Now I keep FORGETTING it's in there and I start to go and have to jump up, hold it etc.

SO...Does it really matter?

Would rather just keep in next to the toilet so I dont forget.

I refrigerated it b/c that's what I was told to do.

arrggh..I guess then it sound slike it's probably best if I did...Gotta just remember...Maybe I'll make a sticky note and put it on the toilet. LOL

i did not refrigerate mine and kept it right next to the toilet and all was fine. My doctor told me i did not need to
