PLEASE send prayers. I'm waiting for my DH to pick me up because I can't drve. I'm in shock!!!!!!!!!!
****UPDATE******* WOW, first of all I'd like to thank all of you for your prayers. I'm overwhelmed!!!
Well my DH picked me up and we rushed to the hospital. He was at Winthrop which is a GREAT hospital. They took great care of him.
He was having integestion at work today and after a half an hour he realized it wasn't going away and felt weird. He went to the nurse and they called an ambulance right away. While they were waiting they gave him aspirin which I believe saved his life. My step mother said he was crying and my father is not an emotional person. They didn't think he was going to make it BUT he did!!!
They put three stents in within an hour. He is doing great now. They said if the emergency unit wasn't so fast, he might not have made it. Thank you all for your prayers, I really think it helped. He will be in the hospital for another 4 days and he needs to take a month off from work.
It was just so scary because I read a post today about losing a parent when you are young or older. A half an hour after that, I received the call. Weird!!!
