October Mommies Thread

Now there are enough of us October mommies to start our own thread!

How has everyone been feeling so far?

I had m/s for a week, and it has not come back since. I really dont feel pg at all. We are going next Monday for our sonogram and hopefully will get our official due date and get to see or hear the heartbeat

I have my first doctor's appointment next Tuesday so I will have my due date and all that good stuff.

I forgot exactly what they do at the first visit...

Hi!!!
Ive been really tired and hungry.

I have also been getting very hot where my face is red- I was at work yesterday and they were like um are you ok- you are beat red, LOL.

I have my first sonongram march 4th and then get my due date too!!!!!

I am so happy, my birthday is oct 26 and my favorite holiday is Halloween!!!!!

Hi, so far I'm due on 10/21. I have started progesterone suppositories on Thursday since my pro dropped to 19.4. I had another bloodtest today and my HCG level is 8961 and my progesterone is 26.2, Dr is very pleased with the numbers. I'll have my first ultrasound on Monday, and if I see my little bean I just may reveal myself

Aside from that, I've been ok this pregnancy, headaches mainly, excessive saliva, a little bit of nausea, strong sense of smell but thats it (so far)

I have been very tired and sick to my stomach on and off. My boobies are swelling and starting to get sore. I also have bad headaches and insomnia. I welcome all of it!!!!!

I will call the doctor later this week to make an appointment for bloodwork. Since I had a chemical pregnancy last time, I would imagine they want to do a ton of bloodwoork. I will hold off a week before going so I have less bloodwork to endure. Due October 28th!

i go for my 1st appt on monday next week.. i will be 6weeks by then!!
and i get to find out my EDD also!! i think it will be Oct 20th!!

so far i am feeling very tired and naseau every day ... it stinks!
but everything else feels fine!

im really looking foward to chatting with all of you october mommies!!

Hi ladies!!!!

I went for my first sono at 6w2d, and saw the heartbeat. I am due 10/9/08.
My bloodwork came back perfect, and I am going for another sono on 3/4.

I have had a little bit of nausea, but mostly bc I am hungry. I am hungry all the time now. Yesterday I was exhausted and wanted a nap when I got home.

Hi all!
I'm feeling pretty good so far. The waves of nausea come and go and haven't gotten too bad so far (fingers are crossed). My boobs are super sore and getting bigger by the day. The worst thing is just being so tired all the time, but I know it means that everything is moving along as it should, so i don't let it bother me.

Not sure about my exact due date just yet. If I base it on my LMP it is 10/5, but if i base it on when I'm pretty sure I O'ed it is 10/9. I have my first sono on 3/3, so I'll know in a week and a half. I can't wait!

I had a sono bc the dr. thought I was a week ahead, and I had to convince her I was not. So she said to get an accurate measurement they would give me a sono. I was actually very happy they did. I do have to repeat the sono on 3/4 though, to make sure everything is going ok.

They told me that they would probably give me some extra sonograms just to make sure everything is going ok this time. Which I will take any opportunity to see my little

Hmmm...wonder if I should post on here too to cover all my bases. Based on LMP I'm due Sept 27. Based on the day I think I ovulated, it's Sept 30. And based on my sono last week it's Oct 4. This baby's keeping me guessing already!

Anyway, according to the doctor, I'm currently 7w 4d. Was feeling great, but today and yesterday feeling exhausted, slightly crampy and slightly queasy. I feel better after I eat something, but the problem is I don't want to eat anything - nothing sounds appetizing at all! I also feel full and famished at the same time!

Other than that, all is fine. My sono last week showed a little bean with a heartbeat of 128bpm. Getting to the point where we're getting antsy about telling people. Have told my parents, and I think we might tell DH's next weekend.

I posted LAST NIGHT that I was not having any more m/s.......so what happens? I must have jinxed myself. Last night I wanted a snack so I got out a bag of broccoli and some ranch dressing, and as soon as I put the dumb brocolli near my mouth, the smell made me gag. I was sick the whole night.

so far chocolate and icecream turn my taste buds off.

I get nauseaus and then it goes away, it comes and goes.

my M/S is terrible
everyday i feel like i have to puke..but cant.. i try to eat crackers and gingerale. but so far my tastebuds are still the same.

wow..thats so close!
i might have the same problem but with me!! if the baby decides to come out early or can be born on my 30th b-day... how weird would that be..lol

Hi girls! Glad to be able to finally join here. My approx. due date is Oct. 18 2 days after my mom's bday.

I also had a chemical pregnancy 2 months ago and last month was 2 weeks late. I finally found out on Friday that I was pregnant. I have been crampy and nervous also though I am trying not to be, but its hard b/c of what happened!

how many of us have birthdays in october? I see some post your birthday or family member close to your EDD.

my bday is october 26--
EDD ( will get real one 3/4) is october 20!

My niece is October 18 and my other niece is I think October 9.
