Home today with my little bundle of joy..Ryan James. My labor and delivery was cake, he arrived in 6 pushes and in 3 hours after my water was broken. Our family is complete and we are just absolutely inlove with our new son!! Good Luck to my fellow October moms

Just got home from my 38 week appointment. DD is weighing in at 8.7 lbs  Fluid has halfed itself since 2 weeks ago, so need to go in for another sono on Tues. to make sure its still at a good level. Hopefully I am at the end now :)
How is everyone doing?

had 37 week appointment yesterday. Cervix is still soft and thinning, but still closed. A bit more uncomfortable each day...but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Have another growth sonogram next week.. My last day of work is Wednesday and they are having a surprise shower for m at my NYC office on Tuesday!!!

When I went for my 37 week app. I have not make any progress....
38th week is coming up and nothing is happening..ugh...the Nursery is almost done....the Crib is backorder and they should be shipping it on oct. 17.....
The baby is moving a LOT......I can not wait to him
I forgot to tell you girls but I ordered the glider and ottoman and from JC Penny and it got here on wednesday...I Couldn't wait for my husband to get here sooooo I asked my sis to help me to put it together...and so we did..After we finished I sat on it and the back rail BROKE.....omg..I am telling you....
I forgot to put 2 screws in.. ..It Is funny now that I think about it but really it wasn't...

Baby is one day over cooked so far. I am 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Just got our induction date for the 16th if the baby doesn't arrive on it's own.
I'll take all the labor vibes available!
