2nd Bday In A Month - Elmo Idea Please
So AJ's Birthday sn on the 18th of October and we are doing his bday 23rd. talk about last minute planning..
so far I have:
a theme: Elmo
a place: a restaurant that leases a VFW room
and I want to get an elmo character
Can anyone help me with other ideas to make it a good party? Im looking for anything, decorations, activities etc..
I am looking for cheap, good ideas.. Nothing too crazy.
The boy goes Ape sh!t over Elmo. I am also in Northern NJ. Thanks

do you have the elmo CD - i think you could probably get that pretty cheap
Also, if you do a search on google, they have personalized elmo CDs where you can have your child's name inserted

Ooo you can get those Elmo Juice boxes!!!
And you can have a big bowl of Goldfish crackers on each table!
Serve PIZZA, it's Elmo's favorite  !
If you have older kids attending what about giving a real live goldfish and fish food as a prize or a favor???

No, I dont have elmo CD. Gotta get me one. And I didnt even know he had a favorite food, I got to get my Elmo Game up.

please do not give a live fish as a favor - we just got one and of course it dies within a week and i felt so bad for ht e fish -
i know it sounds cute to give a dorthy but people will not think it is cute and if they are older it will be worse when the fish dies because fish need more room than a little bowl

Question for any one in who lives in NJ and used a NJ entertainer: can you please recommend any?
I did a search and going to call a few but I rather go off a referral, some of the characters can look crazy. I dont want ghetto elmo showing up
I am at the end of hudson county next to bergen county if that helps.
