You only have to bring 1 thing, don't go crazy, seriously!!!
I think it will be like 16-20 kids and 16-20 adults unless some people are bringing hubbies...

Are we doing a gift exchange for the kiddies? I can organize that if you want.
Just some thoughts based on what I noticed at the 11/6 GTG... We did a $10 limit gift exchange and it turned out so fun. Also, I'm not sure pizza is necessary if everyone is bringing something to eat. We had a LOT of food at the 11/6 GTG. Maybe use the little extra you mentioned in your first post to get beverages and then we can eat all the goodies everyone brings?
Just some suggestions. Looking forward to it!

Unfortunately, there is no extra money due to the fact that a lot of people dropped out, we still need to get a few more people paid for me to just break even...

I am down for the gift exchange... It is up to everyone else... not a lot of people were up to it originally... If you want to be in charge of it... its all you! Maybe if you wanna FM everyone and see... I am totally down for it! I think it would be a lot of fun!
Do they have a santa at that mall? Maybe we could ask him to deliver the gifts? OTT? I doubt they would do it right? ahhaha lol

Yes, we're coming! Going to have to leave a bit early though to make it to Henry's swim class, but we'll be there If Hayley's ok with me doing the oreo truffles, then I'll bring those! Or I can make the chocolate chip brownies. Put me down for a chocolate dessert to make it easier, haha.
Hey so I noticed someone is bringing soda and someone is bringing bottled water. Between that and the goodies, I *think* we'd be good. I would just hate for a lot of stuff to go to waste if we also buy pizza or whatever, KWIM?
