2nd internal and........................
.................still NOTHING!!!! SO annoying!!!! I want this baby out!!! I'm miserably uncomfortable, I had protein in my urine so I have to do the 24hr urine collection again, the baby is already measuring at 8lbs........I am DONE!!! I think this child is overstaying his/her welcome in my body, time to join the world!!!! I really can't wait to not be pregnant anymore, I've had enough at this point!!! Aaaaaaahhhhh!!!!

I walked up and down my IL's stairs 100 x's and she came the next day Your baby will be here soon

I didn't think to try stairs. I'm game for anything at this point!! Now I just have to find some stairs.  (I have a ranch!!  )

Oh Im sorry hunny, we are basically in the same boat. Ask the dr if he can strip you at the next appt, I think I'm going that route!

ugh. sorry to hear that... especially about the protein in your urine 
right now, for me, no protein, BP is still good, but I'm very fatigued, have diahrea, and my FEET 
oh cr@p, my feet REALLY can't take it anymore. SEVERE SEVERE edema. to the point my flip flops actually leave indentations 
When I sleep on the left side, my left foot swells, and when I switch to the right, my right one then puffs up. I think Scone is too heavy and is partially cutting off circulation to my legs
I'm right there with you... I really want an early labor... yet I suspect I will go late, if anything  (no internals for me until 39 weeks)

Kristen, I'm so sorry to hear your appointment didn't go well. And, sorry to hear about protein in your urine. You have been through so much with your GD and you are a trooper!!!
I feel your frustrations with going to the dr. and them telling you that you aren't dilated. But, remember that dilation does not mean that labor is imminent. You can stay dilated for weeks before going into labor. I am 40 weeks and am not dilated at all. Some women just don't start getting dilated until they go into labor.
I pray that the storm has a chat with your baby and you go into labor soon!!!! May be we can be roomates at St. Charles!!!!

Thanks! I'm so cranky, I can't even imagine how you must be feeling!! Everyone said the same thing about dilation. Even the sono tech at Suffolk OB said to not worry. She went in for her internal on a Monday and NOTHING was going on and then 24 hrs. she gave birth to her daughter so things can change fast.......and hopefully they will. Between the GD, swelling, weight of the baby, and everything else I've just had enough at this point. I hope for the both of us that this storm puts us both in labor too!! At least I would know I wouldn't have a crazy roommate!!!
