2nd internal yesterday... then off to L & D...
Stick a fork in me... I'm done with this pregnancy. I want to meet this little guy sooo bad. Guess he takes after his daddys family- Showing up fashionably late for every function.. guess he has plans to do it for his own birth.
I went for my 2nd internal yesterday & STILL with 8 days to go, I haven't dialated at all. Not even a friggen centimeter. My doc asked me about my fetal movement - (Do I feel him kick 6x per hour). She never mentioned anything to me about counting kicks so I never took notice. He kicks alot, but 6x an hour???  . Well.. She was being overly cautious so she sent me directly to L & D to take a stress test, which of course turned out fine. Thank goodness it only took 40 minutes.
As per the internal- The baby dropped, so I guess thats kinda good news. I have my 3rd internal next Monday. If no progression by then, my doctor is looking to set an induction date.
Out of this whole pregnancy- the HARDEST part is these last 2 weeks, because I'm like a walking time bomb. It can happen at ANY TIME!! I'm excited, scared, anxious... So many things.. I cant even describe.

wow!! the anticipation!!!! i agree the last 2 weeks are th hardest part. when my sister in law was pregnant , we were all on the edge of our seats!!!
she ended up being induced 2 weeks after her due date..

Dont lose hope! My friend was sealed up tight at her internal and two days later went into labor and had the baby within 5 frekkin hours (first baby)
Things can apparently happen very quickly!

Awww Janie...its going to happen before you know it. I was 3 cm dilated for 2 weeks! So that really doesn't make a difference...you can gro from 0-5 very quickly...GL and I can't wait to see pics of your little guy!

I am so done also at 36 weeks. I want this baby out out out. I cant wait to see her though. But i have a feeling i will go early.
