It takes longer than usual because they are filling so many requests. It takes 3-4 weeks to actually receive the polish in my experience. Maybe other people got luckier though? LOL

Mine is still listed as an open order as well (and I haven't received any emails)...I ordered mine way late though, in the last couple of hours of the promotion. Maybe that has something to do with it? The last time I ordered from them during a promotion, it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive, I think.

Mine are scheduled to be delivered Friday; I actually ordered mine after the promotion expired. It still took the code and so far everything says I'm only paying for shipping. I got lucky!

I order mine on the 2nd. I contacted customer service yesterday because it had been 15 days and my order said "picking". I wanted to see why it was taking so long. They told me that because it was a promotion it could take up to 4 weeks to ship but they are ahead of schedule so it shouldn't be long. Today the status says "shipping" so hopefully I will have mine soon 
ETA: I wish I had known it could take 4 weeks... I would have bought a couple fall colors instead of 3 new summer colors. By the time I get them I will only be able to use them a few times before switching to fall colors. Oh well, they were free so I guess I can't complain.
