3 hour glucose test tomm time change... HELP!
So, my appt was changed due to an emergency triplet c section(So awesome i know!!)
BUT....
Its tomorrow at 2:00
(it was supposed to be Thursday at 9am)
And I am so so scared because the doctor told me i have to make sure I dont have anything sugared till then...
This was AFTER I had an apple and grapes... and crackers with marmalade...
Anyone have any ideas how long the sugar takes to clear from the system? any suggestions on what I should do to make sure my levels are okay? I am not a sugar/candy eater but i eat alot of fruit.....

Don't worry, that shouldn't have any effect on the test results.
Did your doctor say anything about fasting? The first reading for the 3 hr is usually a fasting number. I'm curious because your test is at 2...I can't imagine not eating all day!

I think you're fine. when i took it, i had to fast (nothing but water, not even mints) from 10pm the night before until 7am the following morning when I had the drink (and then the blood draws started at 8am). So, really, you should be fine. Just don't have anything else that has any kind of sugar in it.
