3 month sleep regression?
DS has been STTN since he was 5 weeks old but this past week he seems to be regressing...He goes to bed around 9 & now wakes at 3am (not looking for a bottle) but looking tp play. I have taken him into our bed to get some sleep & he falls immediately back to sleep til 7:30.
how do i get him back on his sleeping schedule in his own crib again???

James did this for the past few nights - I attributed it to the 3-month growth spurt. he would go down at 9 and wake up and want to eat again at 3.   We upped him to 7 ounces and tried feeding him a half hour later at night. He slept last night like normal, from 9 unitl abuot 5:15

Glad to see I am not the only one...I am going to up his bottle tonight to 7oz & see what happens

so we tried upping DS bottle last night & he guzzled it down but still got up at 3am...i rocked him back to sleep, put him in his crib & within 15 minutes he was back up. DH went & got him & let him sleep in our bed on his chest until 7am.....
anyone else have any suggestions on what to do to get him tp STTN again?

DD did the same thing around 3 months old and she had been STTN since 6-7 weeks. It was a total of 3 nights and she'd wake 1-2x in the middle of the night, not crying but just up and fussing a little... i'd BF her for a little and she'd fall right back to sleep. I didn't do anything different b/c I had read that it usually happens at that time and they will most likely go back to STTN on their own... and she did after 3 nights.
She's 4 months now and actually was up at 3am last night so I hope this only lasts a few days like last time.

Yup, it lasted two months for us.  He'd wake up 1AM and 3:30AM, both times wide awake and ready to play. I'd bring him into our bed where he'd fall asleep after 10-15 mins.

this is exactly what is happening...it's been 1.5 weeks & when he wakes, he is not looking to eat, just play once we bring him in our bed, he falls alseep immediately....i guess we just need to ride it out?
i was going to buy a crib wedge today & see if that helped
