I think they have tonka coloring books? Those with some crayons? Maybe you can find truck tatoos?

Ebay has these, plus a lot of "truck " themes stickers, and tatoos etc as well.

How about getting a box of match box cars, putting one in each and then I like to add some sort of individual bagged snack or the Welch's fruit snacks and then m&m's. I am not a big fan of giving out stickers or tatoo's. I find they just end up on something that it isn't suppose to be on.

I actually got these.. they ended up being pretty small! i got those, some other stickers, and a tattoo for each child. i may try to find the books though if theyare inexpensive

I did a construction theme for DS's birthday. You can do Tonka coloring books or sticker books. I went to the party place in farmingdale (drawing a blank on the name right now) and they had cute blue construction hard hats that came with a bag of tools. I handed those out as favors to the kids.
