30 day shred - results?
Anyone?
I never got into the routine of doing it every day. I guess I have all the excuses in the world but that obviously won't help me. 20 minutes seems a joke to me...I didn't really feel different even after doing it 5 times. Granted, it was spread out and not consecutive.
If this worked for anyone, did you really do it exactly the way she tells you to do it? Going through all the levels in 30 days? TIA

It is AWESOME!!! I have toned my body and lost over 13lbs in about 2 months. That's while breastfeeding so I can't limit my calories. I do it 5-6 times a week. I am up to level 3 with 5 and 8lb weights. Stick to it and you will be happy you did.

I did it for 30 days straight in May.
I'm now doing 30 days straight of alternating 30 day shred and their other DVD, Cardio Max.
For me, it's not a quick fix. I've done well because I am also on WW. Actually, I added in the DVDs because I had plateaued with WW without exercise so I needed something to kick start it up again. 30 DS definitely worked, but it took a couple weeks and I needed to stick to WW.
I had my doubts because the whole work out from warm up to cool down is less than 30 minutes. BUT-I definitely feel it and it is a good work out. I think I needed more cardio which is why I am rotating with the other DVD. But, I really like the affects of the strength training.
We had a May 30DS challenge which is what got me started.
