30th Birthday Ideas
Hi all,
I'm new to LIF (at least as a member...I've checked it out plenty of times before) but I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas about a surprise 30th b-day party for DH?
He's really an overgrown kid, and we've had plenty of kid parties with interactive games and inflatables, so I've heard him mention that he would like to try that oversized sumo wrestling interactive. I have a few contacts for that sort of thing, but I can't only have everyone over just to wait in line to do the sumo thing.
I was wondering if anyone could think of other party games (or any type of idea really), that would both interest adults and bring out their immaturities (kinda let them all be kids again). 
I have around 1 1/2 months to plan it, so I'm feelin a little time crunch.

How about Indoor GoKarts
It's close to MacArthur airport. I'm planning on going there when my son gets a little older..... for *him*, of course....

Thanks, that does look like a fun activity for all of us, but I'm planning to have his party at home. We'll save the go karts for just us

Maybe make it an 80's theme - since he was a kid in the 80's? Rent some arcade games and have everyone dress up in their best 80's regalia? Have games and things that were popular when he was little?

The arcade games definitely sound like a good idea...any idea of where to rent them or the approx. cost? I'll give it a look , but thanks for the suggestion!!
