3:30 am and insomnia stinks!!!!!!!!!
I cant sleep at all lately. last night i was up all night. fell asleep this afternoon around 1:30 for a few hours and figured i would be exhausted tonight and be able to sleep! Nope i was wrong. Here i am again up all night! Anyone else having trouble sleeping?

Yes, I am having trouble- waking up at 3:30 am. It is terrible and then I have to wake up at 6a for work.

Yes, horrible insomnia most nights. Yesterday was my only exception. I slept till 10am, was back in bed by 1 till 3, was back asleep AGAIN around 6-ish, then by 10pm, I was out cold till 6am this morning! It must have finally caught up with me. Try and get some rest today!

Oh yeah I went to bed at 11pm and was up at 12:30, 2:00, 4:30 and finally got up at 7am
