33w3d.. baby is feeling very low.. normal?
Tomorrow im back to see dr. makenzie and will have my NST and biopshysical done. Just curious if this is normal. MY dh is freaking out cuz he told the girls at work that baby's head is down and they all told him that its too early for that and all. THough i told him baby has been had down for several weeks. These ladies are all BTDT moms and so he is nervous now. i feel cramping here and there nothing crazy i think its more him trying to move around inside and no BLEEDING.

my dd was low all along....this tiema round, my dr told me that i have a lower pubic bone than most women, so it explains it.....you could just be carrying low...don't worry unless your dr tells you too....people just get crazy and don't think someitmes when they speak!

Re: 33w3d.. baby is feeling very low.. normal?
DD has been in position for weeks, and I've been feelings lots of pressure (and PAIN!) because she's head down. Dr. H said it is totally normal.
With all due respect for the BTDT moms, I would listen to the OB only, who has the medical degree.

I think that the baby's head being "down" and the baby being low and "in position" are two different things.
I know that my baby is already head down, as opposed to breach position-- but I mostly feel kicks in the ribs at this point.

I believe Randi is right. I'm carrying low and people think I'm ready to give birth because they think the baby dropped, but I've been like this forever. At my 32 week growth sono, baby was still in breech position, but at 34 weeks, I think she may have just turned. I'm pretty sure it's not that uncommon. The baby can still decide it doesn't want to be head down and turn again. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
